For the fastest reply, write a short subject line and include the URL of the scenario if your question is about a specific result. Scenario URLs encode every input, so sharing one is enough for us to reproduce what you're seeing.
Response time
We aim to reply within 2–3 business days. Bug reports with a reproducible scenario URL usually get a same-day acknowledgement.
Hours
Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 IST. We don't reply on weekends or public holidays.

Something displayed wrong? A number didn't match your spreadsheet? Paste the scenario URL, say what you expected, and what you saw. That's enough.

Methodology questions
Not sure how we handle start-vs-end-of-period deposits, inflation, or taxes? Ask. We'd rather explain than have the number be a black box.

Feature requests
Withdrawals during the horizon, variable rates, a new currency, a mode we haven't thought of — tell us what would make the tool indispensable for you.

Corrections
Typos, outdated numbers in an example, a misleading explanation — we fix these fast. Credit goes to the first person to flag an issue if you want it.
What we can't help with
- · Personalized financial, investment, or tax advice — talk to a licensed professional.
- · Account recovery or password resets — this site has no accounts.
- · Guesses about future market returns — nobody knows, including us.
- · Link-exchange or sponsored-content requests — we don't do those.
